tatsuda is not that bad. it is fast and small. what i would suggest (as i have also done)
if you are leveling torpers, is to use DC on the tatsuda. even with just 2 T slots you
kill most subs in one DC hit.

This is a playstyle dependent question. Do you want a TW (Fubuki), a balanced or maybe
torpedo-leaning DD (Tatsuda), or a balanced but gun-leaning CL (Yubari)? Actually, the
last one is a lie; the Yubari plays like other IJN gun DDs, despite the extra crew slot
and scout.

If you want a change, get one. If you have the money, try both.

I liked the Yubari with the 5.5" duals. Is a fun boat and worth trying out.

In time you will learn to love the tatsuda which looks very slim and nice (i used to think
it was a floating turd) and it uses dd 3 engine.

IMO you should always progress on to the next ship because of the fact that there
is a exp penalty for using sailors which are a certain number of levels above the ship.

Also, you get more support slots as you progress on which are very important.
