well i use the lv 20 guns and the lv 49 dual guns

Lv 49m guns are not so good as lv 20(degrees and reload) but they have better caliber and
they are easier to use than lv 20 guns also they are 20x bigger^^

Okay, I've now been spending time using the lvl20 AA guns, and I can say a few things:

1: The GA is around 25.
2: The spread is awfull, but the range kicks ass. It's about twice KM 3.46'' range it
seems. (Judged by standing at max engagement range shooting at a scout at the same
time a moltke was doing the same)
3: You can AA stuff at 20, I've downed a number of planes. It's simply a difficult gun to
get used to.
*edit*4: The shell damage is low, higher tier scouts can take 3-5 shots to take down,
seems to vary around 2-4 shots with most airplanes so far.

Be prepared to "be" the carnage because you cant shoot a plane down at level 20,

+11reload +11AA isn't a bad roll for an AA gunner. It's just that the AA stat won't do you
much good, but the reload will. I'm lvling 10/11 acc/reld gunners for AA, and 12/10 for my
main gunners.

I can't wait to get my AA gunners to lvl 20 and witness the carnage =D

Level 20 has pre-IJN 4.7"nerf range and a 1.80 reload.

Was confused as to why their were normal guns with AA only.. then saw the whole machien
gunner thing.... sexy kinda.

Yes, the range is pre-nerf IJN 4.7 dual range. I demand that my IJN AA be un-nerfed now. :'(

I hear rumors that it has near KM reload as well.
