i had already read about the formula to make a DP gunner
but one thing i dun sure
what is the best level for me to call them as chief dp gunner?
my crews are 77lv now b/v/e 10/12 base

There's a sticky about this question you know? Read it and read the comments on it too.
There is no perfect lvl do class them. Depends on a few things. It's all explained in the
mentioned thread.
