need some advise from you all, if I start up KM BB line with below stated Eng:
-12/10/10 x3
-11/11/11 x1
-11/12 (rep)/10 (res) x1
Possible will boost all. Beside Eng base, my concern is KM repair rate when selecting
Eng as I understand that KM repair rate is not so good. I would use 3 elite boost
Repairer.

42kts=no AA+.2 belt+some (but not much) bulge.

If you want to do 42 knots, get ready to use 3 binds per gun only and trim your crew later.

I can run 42, but i usually go 40 and keep a good amount of buldge

38 is decent for at level engys, theoretical speed cap would be 42(without AA). but in
reality when your engineers are good enough to hit 42 they are way too heavy for it to go
that fast. 40 knots would be what you are aiming for
