What is the best level to turn my armament sailor into DP gunners?
Currently, my armament sailor is 80 level (Elite BVE)...did the reload ability reach the
max already or should i wait longer?

When ever you get your yamato. It's not like you're going to use them until the yamato,
and there's no bonus at all for classing early.
