you'll find LHE hit less yet, but the range tradeoff is more than worth it after CL.

HHE is mainly for DDs. The backbind I keep in AAW USN CL is also HHE but thats kind of an
exception, I get the full range of the APC on the main locker.

For KM, starting with Kberg you should be using LHE. You'll easily engage most of the
blitz food without harm. And this include idiotic CA using HHE.

At BB level, you'll notice most engagement take place at max range. so HHE is definitely a
way to fail.

The "use LHE over NHE" at low lvl, and teaching newbie to stay at max. Prepares you to play
KM.

Use whatever you want, if it has a drawback on your gameplay later, you know who's to
blame.

You dont necessarily need Ls on CA ships, but you must use it on BBs.
