But on the other hand wasabi is easily countered from the stinging (on the tongue) by
chewing on some pickled ginger.

Angus has the right one. "Angry Mother" (well that's what I'm told it means in Chinese).

I have it on toast. A great way to start the day.

Timmy's got a point. Wasabi is awesome, also tastewise. If you take too much it feels as
if it passes through your nose and messes with your brain.
