Is Seaman still good on BB?

xixihaha	Got a question here. Sailing a SY now. 5 engy, 1 repair, 1 seaman and 1 scout Is seaman working good on bb now? or I should replace him with a repair. Thanks for help

angus725	40% of total crew on the sailor...at 120, I think around 260 vets (rough estimate though)

xixihaha	Thanks Angus As I read a post before, seaman helps every sailor on ship, that is why i place him on board and lv him up. lol I think i need to level up some repair then. Just being curious, what is the vet cap for repair?

angus725	I'd replace him with a rep, 1 rep has horrid repair rate unless you vet cap him... As far as seamen goes, they work, but they are not as useful as a rep or engie.
