Kita for ASW

This kind of bothers me, why doesn't any Kita use DC and be a killer ASW ship?

I use Kita for HH ASW. It works pretty good. 1 salvo SS1-3 mostly sunk. I got another
account made perfectly just to run Kita in it. So yeah. I got both Kita, one for TW
another for ASW. Did not try the AA Kita yet but someday maybe. =s someday.
