The CVs will pay you back much faster than BBs will. I run 6 Fighter Pilots and 2 Torp
Bombers. I rotate them around so they are all roughly the same level. I also run a Seaman
for extra ability. I usually put them on an AA ship for leveling if they are not on my CV. All
preference. Fighter planes will give you more credits back at a faster rate but when you
reach the higher level CV's, it will not make a difference. I've seen good things come from
the CV line.

just roll a set of bb crew and play patiently in bltz until you get enough money and
then buy a Bogue and keep play cv line.
AA in Gb is a good way to increase experts, but slow in making money and credits.
but cv line in Blits will make good money, just match these 2 well and you will make
your ends meet~

if you still feel pressure(may be in buying a cv6, just buy some boost and change
into credits and points)

I'm doing so and hope this can help you~

IJN has a high demand for supports.

usually +10 are not worth keeping. even the cheapest players want +11.

The only time i would accept a +10 is if there is already a +11 ability like
+11engie/+10rep/+10rest. This is often preferred for supports.

Gunners should be at least 11/11 or better. 11/10 and 10/11 are desperate but not
really good. And gunner pairs must have the same stats for them to be popular.
12/11
pair can go for 10mill.

Seamen are rare and popular if you are willing to train them up to lvl 20. +14 pot at
least and +11 or +10 for many of the abilities. Then class to the nation that gives the
+11 ability +2. like US if +11 ftr or KM +11 engie. Very difficult to find good seamen
these days

thanks for the tips, yeah on the BB crew im only training a BO , repair, engie, and a
scout cause im gonna put my lvl 50-51 gunners on there, and im trying to fill a gap
between pilots by either having 3-4 fp,and 3-4 tb/db,by starting the new crew i
sorta get solme money but at the same time its also more stress of GRIND GRIND
GRIND.

i try to roll 12+ but its near impossible for me so i just sell +11s or +10s even(just a
bit cheaper) but i will try and roll some high numbers

i didnt know the US needed engines that bad so ill take that advice and sell them

thank you and if you have more tips please tell, cause theres probably others out
there like me

"tryin to sell this guy which i ended up
dismissing"
Never NEVER dismiss sailor with 12 stat or +30lvl.They all sell, maybe slower but some
people buy them and make them great crew later(even with +10 stats cap is reachable)
Roll neuts(12lvl sailors and sell them.)

Here are some hints.
US desperetly need good engine crew so they sell fast.
UK DONT need FP so dont waist sailors there
KM torpedo crew sell average but still
US and KM will sell your FP super fast

ignore restorers. They cost super cheap and even for 2mil you can get +80lvl one
+15 pot sailors are very rare and can cost even to 1mil when FP never go over 700k

And last way to make money is to buy elite crew(for real money) and sell it in trade for
around 5-6mil at 12lvl)
elite and boosted crews sell for 10mil average at 12 but its weist of money when in 20-30
levels they can go up to 20-30mil

And yea leveling and rolling for neuts is boring thing but for that reason is well paid

eric, it seems like he only has 1 crew and this is his first line so sell his crew is out of
the option.

Ok so with 1 ftr and 2 bombers, then yeah, starting another crew is good. You said
you wanted to do a BB but you dont have to do a full BB crew with all the engies and
reps, just have the BO. Finish the CV and you can buy BB crew with the CV money.

I suggest rolling a new +14 or 15 BB BO and 4 more +11 ftrs and toss them on the
support slot. With your higher lvl gunners, getting the pilots to match your other
ones will be a breeze. Then you will have 7 pilots total which will have you set up to
CV3.

You should have a couple of slots left to train some sailors and you have options:
-engies or reps for your future BB
-Seaman to help you ftrs (at least +14pot and +11 ftr)
-more ftrs for essex
-some good sailors to sell for money

I dont know if you would want to do this but it would get you alot of creds to just
sell a crew you wont continue.

hmmm, i suggest you either get your bombers all db or all tb or train 1tb and 1 db, having
1tb / 1db will be kind of problem especially on loading,
i.e.
you load 6 tb planes and you only have 1 tb = you'll have to wait long to finish loading
unless you get another 1 you have to split, 3tb planes on each tb pilot makes loading more
faster same for the fps

lol i do sell my ships along the way,but i was "screwed" when i tried buying a sailor
from trade but i mis-clicked buying me a COMPLETELY different classed sailor and a
COMPLETELY different nation and when i tried selling it back for CHEAPER no one
bought it so i ended up dumping lik 300k tryin to sell this guy which i ended up
dismissing,my crew is lvl 50 BO(obviously) 2 lvl 40-45 TBs (ones gonna be a DB) and
1 FP lvl 40-45 (i forget on the pilots but its in that area) and im traing some repairs
and some more bombers/fighters (and yes i know thats a terrible crew)

whoa stop getting defensive. You asked for help and these folks are giving you
constructive criticism. Lashing back makes you look immature.

CV as the first shipline will always run you into some problems especially with credits
and crew, which is why it is not often encouraged.

Just wondering, are you holding on to your ships or selling them because 400k-600k
not counting your Portland/NO means you are on track, while 400k-600k having sold
your CA means something is wrong..since the CA costs 600k.

Also wondering, what does your CV crew look like? I am asking because most ships
along the way give you 2-4 supports and you will need 6-8 pilots eventually for your
CV. You must have used gunners so if you did use anything else, that would hurt
your CV crew.

and tip, "no you" comebacks were so 4th grade.
