Depends on how much you're willing to tolerate being a floating paper ship with Alaska
Spread. Unless your gunners are really good (as in, level 65+) and so are your supports,
don't expect to be able to take on anything bigger than a CA and not sink before the
battle's over.

I say Guam is better, because at that point, you should be learning that range = 90% of
your life.

I'm guessing he means if he should wait with going BB until lvl 59 and he can get the Guam
directly but.. no.

Get the Alaska and play it like an uber-CA and support a upper-end BB by doing AA and
handling rushing small food.

Your spread will be bad so don't try to snipe enemies close to friendlies cause you will
be landing shells over half the screen!

lets just say the alaska has horrible spread but better aaw while guam has better gunspace
and less aaw but generally thie both the same in preformance(guam is a bit slower

Well you HAVE to get the alaska before you get the guam, since the guam is a
remodel. So get the alaska and learn it. The guam uses the same guns (triple 12"
L), it just gets more ammo. (and has the option of using some of the 14" guns,
which may be much better soon...)

Uh, they're both the same ship, just that you need money to remodel your Alaska into a
Guam at level 59...
