Depends what you are levelling for. If you want a CV, SS or TW BO then you should
have left the sailor unclassed and just had it sit on whatever boats you were playing
and it would level up FAST.

If you are levelling up for gunships, you have no choice but to grind and play AA (as
soon as you have level 70 armament sailors which you can then and only then class
them as dp gunners, that makes the AA levelling much easier).

Play 25 games, there i have ur lvl 25 BO.

dont forget pressing F, that helps also a lot with the current xp system.
