Relic held 2 harbours at once before the merge, with the other available Harbours
being held by different groups.

on the other hand, mass recruiting doesn't mean much if that just means more
cannon fodder for the opposing fleet to use as food when the titans do clash.

we'll find out soon enough who the top groups are. but to pick one, and only one as
the top dogs of the server? only time, and results, will tell.

then again, no matter how big & bad a fleet can be, somebody can always come
along and either beat them outright, or just catch them on a bad day (or a few bad
days) and whip them around like noobs.

when the sunk hulks reach the bottom, and the flags are raised on Harbours, and
there's been enough fleet battles overall to raise a victor (even if it's only a
temporary soap box), then we'll see who's got it, and who doesn't in NF.

there are more than HAs devil
a good FLing fleet has more respect from me than a good HAing fleet
getting the numbers is pretty easy, forming the skilled core of a fleet is far more dificult
CS navy has no more than great times coming by

CS navy? they are good in fleet league, but there is more to a fleets strength then
one event, yeah id put them in maybe top 10 but not even in the top five, but good
fleet, with good skill

I can not say which is better or worse, I think vets is the most powerful and
organized fleet ... have a normal number of members but with quality of play ..... and
I think after pairs are between imperium and RedSky .... and I think the CS Navy
fleet are very good in the league fleet but maybe need more members.

1) vets
2) imperium, RedSky
3) csnavy

yeah true sith only has 5 HOF, im sure there are nelson fleets with stronger numbers
