But when would a seaman make sense for a CV?
If you boost and vet pilots im guessing people probably do not need one to reach
any magic numbers. But if you didn't have any boosted pilots could seaman make
up part of the lack of being boosted?
Overall I run my CV with 2 seaman at lvl with the rest of my pilots. Do I see a
difference, no, but as of late I have been taking them off an on and some
encounters go easier while others not so well with them off. Im not sold on them
yet but my guess is if you don't boost/vet out pilots some boost is better than none
I would think.
