This is why I try not to put too many people down in the game, unless I can determine that they have at least an average intelligence but just decide to do dumb things.
If someone has, say, an IQ of 100 and can't figure out that you need a full crew to run a BB6, I would feel free to make fun of them for it.
If however someone has an IQ of say, 75, and can figure out the basics of the game, but has a hard time comprehending all the ins and outs, I'm certainly not going to put them down for it. So what if they aren't the best player, if they enjoy playing the game?
While I find it unlikely someone could make it to 120 and not understand the requirements of a 120 ship, it's not entirely impossible, because as long as you had a BO and 2 gunners, or a BO and a couple pilots, it's entirely possible to play 99% of the ships in the game, and some people might be led to assume that you can play 100% of the ships in the game that way.
So all I'm saying is not to judge unless you have a valid reason for why someone did something.
