either use the level 89 guns (the 16"/50 cal mark 7) but you will have short range compare to the iowa that uses the L
or
stay on sodak until your iowa can get the L guns

All original first 4 nations BB4s use lvl 91 guns (prime example of the need to level gunners ahead of BO, or accept that when your BO hits BB4 level you have work to still do in BB3). BBs should always use the highest Accuracy revision FCS (Aiming).

I fail to see how you still don't understand the way to set up a USN BB after alaska->Guam->Colo (or NM) -> Sodak...

Most HP engine (which I believe was BB engine VII and not the VIII one)
And ofc, best 'aiming' FC which should be BB II one if I remember correctly (on second thought, I forget how they're called again, I manually aim ofc!)

Just remember its USN BB Engine VII with 233k BHP not USN BB Engine VIII with 189k BHP.
