You can´t mix them as us gunners. When u come to lvl 42, u can choose between rld or acc. Your gunners have Reload: 15 / Accuracy: 12 so they will be fine to lvl them as rld.
But i think super ACC gunner 15/12 is better from start and then lvl them as RLD.
