So, I've been playing KM for like 7 years now, I know it's mainly kite, dodge, range and SWhores, by that I mean H39 going 42 knts max and o pro and such.

Not to mention the good AA from the H39/44

So, I know it exists and I also know its possible, don't come scream to me that I've to put on 0.2/3 belt and fill as much bulge till one knts would drop, cuz I alrdy know that story.

 

so down to the o pro again, I know O pro 1/2 can be AW'd and actually be the only good ships that can be AW'd

The gneis can do it aswell, but will be left out here.

Atm, I can run max 9.4'' deck on my deck max. That means my crew will only have 1 engy and 1 gunner/bo

 

now if I trow in my crew, deck goes around 7/8''

So, never deck AW'd, but I know most stuff bounces around 11'' for belt

 

Could someone share some idea of what to take on opro 2 deck?

A few years ago they made it a lot harder for OTHER nations (Not UK) to use Armor (meaning not feasable) and thusly nerfed their armor. You wont see it in port but the armor does not do what it used to. Can it help diminish HE damage still? Sure but its not worth going that slow. Some nations and shell angle will cut thru no matter what you put on. You speed into and out of battle suffers and it is not smart since they will get 3 salvos off in that amount of time versus maybe 2 or one.

Run full crew with Max engineers and 2 reps for KM. Try to get to 200 rep rate (280 is max) by level 120. Your OH goal should be, I would say, around 5 minutes depending on your level and Vet count as KM has good engineers. Engineer count and level/ability contribute to Ship speed. Vet count adds to OH. As an example my UK crew with 8 or 9 X Engineers, depending on the ship, and 400 plus vets. I can OH for around 13 minutes.
