I'd like to escalate a concern on a issue I have been repeatedly reporting for over a month. My tickets keep getting closed while the issue is still unresolved. Which is your current channel for escalations, and which GM are available?

Update: Because I still disagree with the ticket's response as it was not resolved accordingly is that I wanted to escalate to a higher-up.

I have ended up not playing any longer due to the lack of appropriate customer service displayed. Sorry Vinnson but I am no longer interested on NF

Try the Skype group if you can.
gm's respond fairly fast on there.

hello!

 

it cant be a solution that problems are only solved at skype!

not everyone has skype, not everyone wants to install skype!

 

written tickets should be supported too!

or shut it down!

(and maybe some people think about it twice when sending a ticket: is it really worth?

i am sure TNF is spammed by tickets, most written just for peanuts...)

 

same problem forum too:

there are so many problems described in forum, not much response there.

if me as a player can follow the forum in a few minutes every day- why cant the members of TNF do that?

By the Way.......you don´t have to install skype.....you can use it as guest, like i do.
