Hello, I would like to see your opinion about the fact that some CVs or others ships are retreating north because they are loosing. I would like to find a way to eliminate this kind of mentaly, for example If a ship retreated, he will loose 75% of his exp / credits.. or something else if you get some ideas.

If they want to retreat and I get the win, I don't care.

Penalty isn´t necessary. SDE should just remove the possibility of retreating by approaching north border.

I'm with you on this.

If the Crash Monster eats half of the enemy's BBs...Good.

If some player with an enemy BB decides to answer his phone instead of patrol his zone and gets toasted or crashes into the rocks...Good.

If the CV wants to run north and escape getting shelled or torped...assuming his odds of winning against 9 BBs and 2 subs coming at him is pretty low, and it avoids some repair costs...So what?

If it gets the game over sooner then why do I care how it ended?

What's really dumb is a messed up north border.  It had a porous cheat feature for bombers that was regularly exploited, then the wizards of programming "fixed" it.

The problem is the way they retreat. Chasing silly people for a couple of minutes so that you watch them retreat is annoying. Nowadays I retreat my own ship when there aren't BBs left or when I am in the mood of chasing I use AP. If I wanted to chase people I would have played Need for Speed, terrible at racing simulators, so I end up at chasing =.=

Another problem is is that most CV players don't move their ship or already go north at the start of a game. This results in terrible cover south and when you lose south you basically lose the game. There are CV players who say they can cover south from north, but any decent player knows that it doesn't work out too well.

The only way is to fix the border, besides that I do not see any option to address this problem decently. Saving repaircosts isn't a valid reason? If you think it is than Ill start playing my BB6s north and retreat when I cannot handle it anymore, how annoying would that be?

Yea the repaircosts are so high, especially for CV players... =''(

The way they retreat is not the problem. The problem is that some people are choosing to chase them expecting a different outcome. People will retreat and if someone wants to chase them then they should be ready for it. If they don't want to face a retreat after a long chase, then don't chase them... it's that simple.

There is a simpler way to address the issue decently... stop caring and if you care too much, then just retreat and get the win.

If a player retreats, they should get 0 rewards.

To be quite honest, if they want to do it, thats their choice. Its annoying. But there is a timer for a reason. You can't have it both ways, personally, if you win the battle with no enemy ships left, the team should get the exp for it, regardless if the person on the team retreated/crashed or was sunk.

A better fix would be that retreated/crashed ships count as being sunk, but it still would punish the players that would get the personal exp for it.

There is a big issue regarding Ships retreating on this game mode ' Occupation ' which conflicts getting full rewards after sucessfully taking enemy base.  When winning team is on advantage, there are 2 ships left on the lossing team, which when they retreat, the winning team gets only a portion and not fully, which  needs to be addressed and allow the winning team to continue attacking the base even if the enemy ships completly retreated or killed.
