NF work on xp, vista, win7, hmmm 2000, 98(?) lol...

I use XP at my desktop where I play NF, yeah theres a crash but not all the times maybe 3 to 5 a day sometimes a single crash in a day...

I use XP and I crash almost all the time.  Is this being worked on?  I heard that the problem is with the Italy patch but NF does not want to fix it because it would mean losing all the Italian crews.  What up???  Coz right now I am losing all my play time, so are we tossing out one customer for another?  Why not fix the Italian crew problem that is known?

I use XP Professional without any problem so I dont think you should blame the operating system. Perhaps a tweak to the system is in order to increase the available memory or reduce the background programs while NF is on line. Try using a different compatibilty mode to see if that helps.

I have tried NF on all compatibility modes with my three computers.  I have windows vista, xp and my son's computer brand new gaming computer from alien ware.  All three computers crash the game so it does not matter about what platform is used.

I have very high speed internet connection I pay extra for from Comcast.  I still see lag in game, so it has to be NF server side. 

I also see many other players dropping from the game where in the past this has not happened.

I think NF has to step up and say what the problem is due to many players cannot play.  Since NF start I have not seen players dropping from the game like this, what is the problem and is it being worked on???

just played 2 games and crashed 2 games.  Prior to my crash I saw 7 in the first game also crash and 5 in the second.

Its not my computer, please read the entire thread.  I have three computers and I crash on all of them with different operating systems.  Its NF side as usual and as usual people recommend to check your computer.

Could Team NF respond as to why so many players are crashing?  Every battle I see 10 to 20% of the players crash at the start and during battle.  In a room of 60 players 7 or more will crash.   This affects the battle greatly as you see 2 or 3 BB crash on one side, or a cv or several subs.  This happens almost every game, everyone is seeing it, so what is NF doing to fix it?

You will need Windows98 in order to meet the requirements to run this game as it is in fail mode for anything else.

Good luck to you in your quest for this answer, as you must be new to the game, because this is an ongoing problem and they will never answer you or provide you or any of the rest of us with a fix. They(SDE) are throwing everything they have at NF2 right now and we who pay to play this game, which provides them with the capital to develop NavyField 2, will never get a fix to this crashing problem. We will get left behind.. watch and see.

When does NF2 come out?

I use Win7 Ultimate and I crash at least once an hour.  On NF europe I never crash.
