Check your hard disk for errors then redownload the file.  Looks like an Installshield error code.  If the file was corrupted upon download you can get that type of error from a corrupt file package.  I am assuming you have all your updates done especiallly the C++ redist files. if not windowsupdate, I'm sure you know that. :)   Also I hope you had admin rights to install some games fail badly if not upon install.  Just things to try hope it helps or keep posting perhaps myself and/or others will help you along the way.

try these
1. delete each and every nf file from your pc(some files tend to remain even after uninstallation) manually,restart the pc, download the nf client , try installing it.
or
2. restore your pc(using system restore)  to a time where you were able to run NF without issues.
