Has anyone had any issues or know how to resolve not being able to log in?

After entering my details correctly and pressing 'Join' nothing happens.  It's attempting to log in as the button changes to 'Cancel' but nothing happens.  It hasnt crashed as I can cancel and clouds are still passing by.

I think the game is the most buggy it has ever been. Pretty sad really.

It might happen when the server goes down for its weekly mantience or if their is a power outage in the server area
