Support ticket does work but response times are very long (depends when zeta / vinnson are on) if u dont get response via support ticket jump onto the skype support chat. one of the gm's should respond either there or on here bud, best wishes and hopefully you'll get your crew back ;)

I just came back to the game after being gone for a long time but don’t have any sailors. Got a lot of coins or whatever that stuff is now. But all crews and ships and everything else is gone. Sent in a support ticket but from the sounds of it that won’t get looked at
