Unfortunately, King, it's not like Beta Days anymore, where Manual Aiming gave a significantly better spread than Auto-Aim. Therefore, newer players aren't encouraged as much to learn how to use Manual Aiming by the time they reach their first CL :-( ...

 

OT

I've noticed the ~10 ship differences in splits in GB rooms and Night Battles as well...wonder what was ninja-patched that changed this

this isn't convincing enough. I bet loads of them somehow DC'd or crashed during loading/battle room.

A fail split should be screened on split.

No it would show that unless they left before the countdown timer ended.

Ive seen worse. Ive watched a GB split the CVs 4/2 and give the 2 team the lower level CVs. Ive watched the split give a blitz team 2 BB 1 CV and the other just 1 BB or 1 CV. These are just a couple of examples in the last day.

You dont need to SS during the split just for "proof" im sure a high number of us have witnessed plenty of these fail splits especially during this event with the various game rooms being played.
