With the POW quads, the Warspite lands one hell of a deadly salvo.

Le Havre is known for being Overpowered.
It's O.P.ness however got dimmed by the awesome power of the RM BB4.

Basically i has good firepower and decent range (for it's class) while being able to AW enough to bounce BB5 shells and still go 37 knts. All that while retaining a small hitbox.

Le havre for power and range. Warspite can hurt but the lack of range will make the opportunities few and far between.
