I have a question for GMs.. "Why is it you guys wait for people go act like (excuse me but) Total AssHoles before you guys do, say or even respond.. to someone?" Hmmm?
I saw a problem on Saturday sent in my ticket noticed the ticket double posted so i deleted one.. then checked all day Saturday and Sunday..... No Response..
Figured Okay maybe ya'll dont work support on weekends.. Also thought with the double post ticket and how i deleted one maybe it didn't go through on your side so i made a new ticket... that was on Monday... Today is Wensday and STILL no response to anything? To me thats a "what the ***k moment" Sooo Why?
Why do i have to post here to get your Attention and have everyone else seeing that ya'll are messing up? Why do i have to wait soo long for a simple solution?
I'm a paying Customer i periodically spend my cash here buying stuff and did plan to spend more in a few days.. so i'm supporting ya'll and your game... Soo why is a little Customer Support so hard?
