Special.4 levels earlier and 2 points more growth than Hyper.And they get another class up.There is no point of classing as Hyper unless you believe the rumours about them having a reduced torp dud rate.

Seriously? People say that and others believe it? Hyper and Special Kai were supposed to use different torpedos, that was the point of the class. This was removed however so take the one that gives more skill. This is however not even important since torpedo skill caps so early anyway.

can special kai torpedomen use "24" Type93 M3 x5 Launcher"? because the website component page says the ability required is hyper torpedomen
