I got locked out of my a/c when trying to aqquire the items gained after a battle. Need some help on resseting or how to resset

a/c? Locked out of your account? Send TNF a Support Ticket regarding this issue. Or at least give us some more detail on what you mean.

DO you meant the second Password?
if so you can reset it from the website ... go to the nav menu just above the calendar and arrow to the
left to my account and verify and then you will see a link to reset the second pass

Well, i change my olive password already. but the 4 digit in game password to use item are locked. i tried changing it but i am not sure it has changed. The 4 digit password that i entered was incorrect and it locked me out of my most in game functions. Cheers~!

Hey, on the left sidebar there is "Manage Trade Password" Press that, enter your new trade password, enter your olive password, and enter your actual account password. Once that is done your new in-game trade password should work.
Goodluck!

**For future notice please be aware that anytime you enter your trade password wrong 6 times consecutively you will have to reset it**

Send in a support ticket for this okay? tell them that your functions are locked, and they'll get back to you with a reply on what to do.
