Hi,

What kind of sailors are necessary to utilize the torpedos on submarines?

Do I just need plain gunners?

Important that you do NOT. Lass to huge gunners when prompted at lvl 63. They must remain Heavy Torpedo.

Question of my own, I have 2 torpers, 1Sonar/1 Planesman. What should my other slot be when i get to the ss2? Rest/Rep/Eng?

ENG!
nothing else. Gives OH and extra speed allowing to chase a bit and to escape easier. Also it ads a bit rep and rest. On the gun-slot is the best option a rep...IMO.. some people preferr a Rest

Gun is useless except KM. if your not KM and you surface with 5 bb's around you you just fire torps incase shooting a 500 dmg shell...
its only extra weight, then gun should be able to removed.

hmm well i dont know about ss2/3 but for ss4 i prefer my 2 overvetted repairers. 900 sd and bb4 like reprate are just awesome.
the ss4 guns.. well they are funny and somekind of effective aa but never use them against armed ships. subs got very fragile. i u have 100+reps use them if not guns using gunner is vailable option. for ss2/3 use rep if u can get beyond the 7mil rep rate jump otherwise no sailor if u gain more speed or use it for 0.2 bulge or well gunner.. but i cant tell how good the guns are. never used them
