Usually people dont use restorer, the boost from a eng or rep is usually better and they give some restore anyways.

Probably won't be too much. It also depends on how much it is vetted/experted out or if tis boosted. 

If its just a plain sailor, I would venture maybe in the hundreds of thousands? If it is boosted/vetted, then expect it to be in the millions.  

I can guess lvl 60ish support +11 would be atleast 20m, bve more. Yes, things are inflated out of hand.
