If this is true then we need some answers:

Why were the times on that harbour changed and no others.

And why was it not indicated in the patch notes.

Well that answers why one was adjusted, still leaves questions of why they announced the change but decided that they would introduce it at a random time 3 weeks after the post.

I have my answer now. Preparation time before HA was reduced from two to one hour... Once again. Thank you SDE.

people should be on at 2 hours anyway. its not that hard to be prepared.
