It is very disappoint that after 7 years, SDE has still not learned as a company to TEST their new content, or even attempt to. We saw it with Hackshield crashing players at random, Sub and ASW crap balancing, Release of new nations before proper full testing, all 3 times and now the new harbors.


Even worst, they continue to add Ninja patches without telling the player base, ones that greatly effect the game, the most recent one being the reduction of prep time to 1 hour, most fleets don't use the first hour of prep and prepare in the last hour of prep which didn't exist this weekend as we saw in some harbor assaults on both servers. 


Also, last time I checked, weren't we told the new 3 harbors would be released with the new HA game mode? Another promise completely ignored, I bet even though recently said it was near completetion, its actually barely started or not even.

 
If this isn't enough of a slap in the face, they leave the CM and lower base of TNF to handle issues with the new rentals, do not perform some kind of emergency patch or anything. Completely disappointing.

SDE effective Monday should:
Perform an emergency patch containing at the bare minimum:
*Restoration of HA Prep and Assault Times
*Disabling of all 7 nations Rentals until the new 3 are balanced. It would be extremely unfair to have 3 harbors that cannot use rentals and 4 that can simply because SDE can't get their game right. Its unfair to the fleets that wasted credits waiting 3 weeks for them to patch the broken new harbors where an emergency patch should have been performed after the first failed week. Rebalancing of Rentals should become either 1st or 2nd on the priority list as, HA are the main Fleet vs Fleet game mode.

Refunding of Credits to players with MN, SN and RM rentals that are still in harbor and cannot be used, its unfair to players that just wasted 400-500k credits and being told they can't use it anymore.

SDE should NO LONGER RELEASE CONTENT without first clearing through the test team. Very few games do crap like this and release untested content. 

SDE should be releasing Weekly or Monthly updates on development progress. I don't mean crappy "Its Almost done", I mean UPDATES. Whats done, whats left to do and whats the schedule, no more of this "Released in March" and comes out 2 years later crap.

SDE SHOULD STOP RELEASING new content until the dominate game issues are addressed. Mainly being, the 3 new nations balancing into the original 4, Balancing of Planes, Balancing of Subs and ASW weapons, removal of random crap like "Press OK to continue" message boxes with only "Yes" and "No" Buttons. Fails like this should not exist in a professional program. 

SDE should give accurate development updates, We're told in large gapped updates that something is almost complete and told it will be released in a certain month, they a month after that date, another update says another date or its almost ready to be patched. At least tell us its 10% complete or something, not its almost done and will be released in a month to have it never happen.
