I'm working on uploading gameplay videos but when I use Fraps to record, I end up with video sizes around 6-9 GBs and it takes forever to upload them onto youtube.

Does anyone have tips on how to reduce the uploading time? I don't plan to record the game at any setting lower than 30 fps and full size but is there anything else that I can do?
