I bought the ECL Duca Degli Abruzzi which appears to have a 95 space slot for a plane, but when I click on it in the harbour I get a message saying it is not currently available.
Can you put a spotter plane on this ship? and if so how?

Luckily I have a sailor leveling up that I have not earmarked for anything else yet.
