Well seamen boost all the sailors on your ship by 5-6% based on the base stats of said seamen.

First off however:

Whats your CV Crew look like, Each pilot's level, base fighter or bomber stat, weither its boosted and number of vets and experts.

If you plan on doing heavy fighter work, then yeah, a seaman or 2 would be a great asset to add to your crew.

For a CV, your seamen will want to have,

High Fighter followed by High Potential or an Elite Potential or Elite fighter.

IF you roll one, getting a good rep and restore stat ontop of the Fighter and potential (But make sure those are at least 13+ potential and 11+ Fighter)

Personally, I have 3 seamen and I enjoy killing T3s/ occasional T4 fighters with my lvl 72 T2s, but my pilots and seamen are all b/v/ed and I plan on getting 150 more vets on everything. So ask yourself the question, how much am I willing to spend/play during drop events to destroy the skies?

If your looking low budget get 1 or 2 seamen. Just get the natural vets on them and enjoy the 2.5-3% boost they'll give.

I have now atm 3 bombers of lvl 68 , 3fighters of 70,70 and 69

and a fighter off lvl 50 but i do not use it.

So it doesn't make that much different if i have a seaman only a few %.

IMO seaman are a waste of time and resources. I would reccomend focusing on an 8th pilot right now instead. 5 fighter 3 db is a solid setup

Yeah i think that i just need to lvl right now and when i'm high lvl I will own all fighters to and il replace the seaman then anyways so its maybe better to train pilots right now

lmao, no seamen will = pawnage if i am in room with one of my high lvl cvs, wont see it affect much on the fps till high lvl, but they will differently help with the bombing runs player.

Granted some disagree, but most have seen the light when they try my method.

And alot are running two seamen on a fw, even when they claim there not.   I prefer to lvl 8bombers, 8 fws, 2 seamen for each nation then allows me to vary my play on a cv if i get bored of being a fw.  granted nub when bombing but then again thats not my job within fleet.
