Ideally, I would say it should be:-

4 for CV123 and ECV

6 for CV456 and PCV

However, if that is not possible, it should be a minimum of 4 pilots on a CV.

Why? Doing so increases load times on your CV significantly and ruins the game for the rest of your team.

Another suggestion to benefit the game. If you wish to try and justify using 3 pilots on a CV, go ahead.

all im saying LJ is ppl are going to start seeing this as an attack on CV players, and they probably wont like all this

I agree with you, but I doubt they will see this as a good thing 

1st you want to limit the pilots loaded on one pilot and now you want to enforce how many they have to have, I just dont see this sitting well with them 

the only ships in this game that require a amount of sailors is BB6/CV6 if your going to enforce sailor limits on CV then you best enforce limits on all ships 

like engys, repairers, and gunners

I'm not in for 4 pilots on cv1 and 2 but cv3+ I'm in with 4 pilots enforcment.
But if this should be put to place why not put a minimum to bb players that they shall atleast have 2 engys and 1 scout, or have 2 guns? (so fun to troll with 1 gun Aw SY lol)
