"We have clarified this before, but it seems to be on the increase again.  At present, there is no SDE provided system to trade items for Olives.  There is also no secure way of doing this without introducing a scamming risk; therefore, it is illegal whilst the premium trade system is not available.

If you attempt this and lose either Olives or items as a result then that is the risk you are taking and SDE/TeamNF is not responsible for resolving that.  If you place a thread or post on these forums advertising a sale involving Olives we will edit/hide//bin it without warning or pm.

i asked the mod in game, if the "risk" in trading olives with sailors  includes account ban, and was told that's depends how GM thought. 
apparently, different  GM has different thought. 
anyone can give me a simple answer? just yes or no.
if that is a yes, why dont write it in the vick11's post, just any type of olive trading is illigal and will cause account ban.
but not "no SDE trade system" or "your own risk"
