Just wondering if anyone uses belt armor in an AW ship. From what I've seen, the optimal AW L1 runs 37knts overheat. I'm not sure whether that's with a light or heavy engine, but to maintain OH of 37knts, can you afford to use belt armor? I'm assuming I'll need 12"+ of deck armor so what sort of ratio of belt to deck armor would be advisable?

Don't be a beltwhore, you will just just screwing yourself.

AW L1 goes all deck and 0.2~0.4 belt.

And the deck should be like 9.5' to be effective
