Hi, i'v been playing this game for a long time but have never traded anything, when I tried it said "cannot trade basic seamen." What do I do?

tell me exactly what you are trying to trade,
you cant trade:
yellow sailors
sailors under lvl12
sailors that are unclassed to a specific job, ie: support sailor, special forces etc

1 was a special forces sailer and the other was a 2nd sonar

Basic sailors (yellow name ones) can't be traded, i think is that.
