Did you download the client again recently or are you running one from way back when you played?

I downloaded the client from the downloads section.

Do any messages come up after time? (I.e "Cannot Connect to Server.", "Connection to Server is Lost.", "Invalid Username" or "Invalid Password" ect.)

Open command prompt (run as administrator) (Windows Key + R and type "cmd" minus quotes)
Type in command prompt: "tracert IPHERE" minus quote and using a server IP instead of "IPHERE".

Select whichever server your account used to be on.

Accounts not logged in in 6 months are moved to storage (Send ticket to restore account data (I.E. Crew and ships, items, credits ect)

 

Your account maybe in storage if you new which server you were on, then which server it mergeged with. send in a support ticket to get you account reactivated.

I got it to work. I think it may have just been a slow connection on my part. Everything is good now.
