  • Fleet War Referees

We are looking for volunteers to assist with the refereeing of the upcoming Fleet War.  You can be a referee and also a member of a team and we will deconflict on a roster to make sure you are available when your team is battling. 

 

If you are interested in being a referee for the Fleet War please submit a support ticket, preferably with 'Referee Application' in the header for easy ident.  We will compile the lists for the 2 Servers and will then run a short selection process and notify you if successful, before publishing the list on the forums.

 

Note: those who have already submitted tickets with different headers do not need to submit another ticket, we will pick those up.

It would be helpful to know a general time of day (I.E. Like Evening PST or Noonish PST) So we get a general idea if we are able to ref or not. I would hate to apply, be accepted, and find out its impossible to make the times.

I agree, norm. That's why I included my working hours on the weekend in my application, and requested to be given an Estimated time of the start for the first battles so I'd know if I'd be able to be a helpful referee or if the spot would be better filled by someone more available :-). I'm sure if you include the times you are normally available, it may suit your application better to find out if you will be chosen or not.

It is days at weekends - define days I hear.  Too early to be definitive at the moment as it will depend on the number of teams on each server, but we are aiming to try and hit periods of maximum availability for as many as possible.

Vick, can you at least tell us what's your expectation on the fleet war timing so that we can have something to refer to when checking our own availability?
