Would someone that knows more about this Fleet War event provide a little extra information to help with teams organization.

1. Are CV6's allowed?  In the Event announcement it shows no restrictions on CV class, but in an another post I saw (copied from the officer section) it stated that only 2 SD class ships would be allowed.

2.  What is the approximate time frames for when the event will occur?  The time of day for the event will have a significant impact on who can participate.  With the roster restrictions, some clarity on the timing would help with roster selection and player availability.
