Hi I have a nobbish question if someone answer this He will make me happy.


1-I want to be a CV( I gonna take the Hosho tree) I want to know how I can lvl my sailors for the CV because I saw that is very diferent to the BB so  can somebody tell me how I can prepare my CV  sailors  for sunk tons of ships ?


2-Tell me if the  correct growth  of the sailors. I read that I need 6 fighters,2dive bombers,    1 BO,2medics(form kriegsmarine) 1 seaman



3- when I am a DD I should have 2  IJN gunners or I only put 2  IJN rokie sailors

1: CV have fighters which do not provide you with sunken ships, but instead sweep the sky and you will gain additional credits for every plane you take down(same with AA guns)
The main sinking will be done by your bombers but remember to back up your BBs because especially low tiered CVs will not be able to kill a BB. As for classing sailors, pilots can be classed when they are able to i think.

2: sailor growth? if you mean ability +12 is ideal but +11 will do as well(if you don't have any elites) , the KM medics will only be useful on KM CVs so you could replace those with other sailors, i assume these will go on the gun slots, so either get a pair of gunners or some useful supports(got a tip last time saying restorers work fine there if you don't want gunners) As for the plane setup looks okay, although if you prefer TB you can take those as well, its up to you japanese bombers are good overall i believe.

3: not sure, leave that to other people

hi,

1. to lvl your pilots you will need to put them on another boat util they can be classed as fighters, dbs, tbs. If you have enough to run lets say 2fighters 2 dbs put the rest on the cv and they will gain exp as well. They gain exp the same way your bb crew does.

As the guy before me said you fighters p[lanes to either cover your dbs until they reach the target or to clear the sky from scout or enemys dbs,tbs fighters. However i am not sure where the ijn fighters stand at the moment. one of the cv players can help you with that.
To sink vessels you will need to use your tbs, dbs. However, you will need to find a tactic that is suited to you so you dont loose all the planes before reaching the target.

2. Km medic work fine on IJN cvs but they become somehow oboslute with last patch that removed officers death on pilots ( correct me if i am wrong). If you want one go ahead but dont make 2 its a waste. Instead you could make a seamn with high rep/eng/ fighter stats which will help you in loading planes faster and give you some overall eng/rep ability and soft defence.

IJN have some of the best dbs (i believe) and tbs. Better to go with 6 dbs /tbs and 2 -3 fighters. You can only load 8 pilots on the last cv so you can make more pilots and accordingly with your mood change your setup or even sell them at higher lvls for credits.

3. For dd you will need the gunners to shoot stuff and gain exp (0 attack means 0 to very minimal exp). You could try for a while to lvl up on the dd with unclassed sailors (classed as special forces they can still use torpedos i think) but that is not advisable. Make a pair of guns and use them until you reach your first cv. Then you can put them on the cv with hedgehogs to keep those ss away. Also you will notice that by playing bb you gain more exp so you might want later on to use them on a PBB or EBB to lvl your pilots faster.

Currently i believe the IJN fighters have average damage, but they are faster.

at the moment im lvling my ijn bb crew first to fuso lvl

but then ill focus on my ijn cv crew

try to get +12 in fighter and bomber stat if you cant get that get +11 works also good with experts and vets

 

personally go for 4 fighters and 4 divebombers, even though torpedo bombers are usefull the high tier bbs have so  much bulge you wont do much against, km medics wont work so dont bother with that get 1 seaman with +12 in fighter stat or buy a elite lvl 12 fighter pilot and class it seaman works even better i heard

for gunners i suggest to keep them armenant sailors as you gonna need AA at higher lvls when you have reached a cv that can hold guns use PHH or HH to attack subs that are coming your way/ class your armenant sailors at lvl 89 into chief dp gunners that will work the best

Let's just clarify something. If you want to use a medic to reduce expert deaths, KM medics work fully on IJN CVs.  At this point in the lifecycle of the game, you probably want to make sure you have +12 (Or elite) for bombers and fighters.

The fighter stat is what matters for fighters. Aircraft affects scouts
