Send in a ticket. You should be able to get some of your data if not all back.

Please state the Server that you played on,
A rough idea when it was you last logged into the account
and what crews and ships you remember achieving.
The more information you can give the better the chance of recovery.
Also ensure you verify your account and the details for email etc are correct.

Normally accounts can be restored upto 2yrs, but this sometimes is not always possible, due to data errors.
