it really dosn't matter seydlitz as a ship...
what really matters is what is your choice of crew... and you should use your crew thinking about what is your final tier CV6 choice...
For KM i would say 6 fighters, you should also consider to lvl up 2 DB and 2 Scouts. KM tb are quite bad so they are no real choice. Besides fighter you should LVL UP 1 Seaman (good fighter stat) and 1 extra support (an Engy, a Restorer and another Seaman are usable choices) and 2 Gunners.
when you reach lvl 120 in all sailors you can change from 6ft and 2db, 6ft 1db and 1 scout, 6ft and 2 scout... besides the Seaman will help your fighters and the extra Support can be used as BO in your PCV (and you will be using your PCV quite more thime than your CV6)
the 2 gunners are for HH (elite reload should be the best stats), but being KM you can allways put AA guns, so AA gunners are the best choice.
Now that you know what are you going to use at high lvl you need to get the entire crew and use it in turns above your CV, rotating sailors when needed.
My advice for CV1 is to use 3 Fighter pilots (with locals up to lvl 75, rotating in 2 equal groups) 2 DB (do not rotate these. You should give priority to lvl up those up to the level they get Tier 2 DB) and 1 Scout on support slots. And 2 gunners or 2 supports (rotate) on gunslots.
