I understand that BB5 Fleetwar event has been discussed in ONF, but it will play in NF, and this is the forum where I want to comment (not to discuss) because it is the NF forum I read regularly, and most players interested in the game read.

About the fleet ranking to decide the seedings, I agree with SK_Bismarck and Ljsevern. It's not fair to decide the outcome of a totally different tournament, and perhaps it is not fair to decide by lot. I have no better solution, but it is possible that for future events is announced in advance how you will do the ranking, everyone is happier.

About lists when there are 2 teams from the same fleet, I agree with SK_Bismarck are necessary (at least 10 names per team) If it’s possible to implement it for this event, I think it would be good, if not, you can take into account for future events.

I would also propose an idea for the competition system of alternative events. Organize a team and a competition is a major effort for many fleets, the qualifying system makes half the fleet just play one game. Perhaps a pre-league system by groups (four or five fleets for group playing a league in which the first two go to the next stage) would ensure that all fleets play at least 3 or 4 games, and perhaps also solve some problems in the ranking of fleets and seeded
