Hi everyone,
The Forum Mod Team is looking to recruit 2 new members. If you are interested in being a part of the forum mods, please fill out the application form and send it via email to

Application Form

4. Which server and time zone are you in:
5. What languages can you read and write in:
6. How often do you visit the forums:
7. Have you moderated for another forum before? If so, which one and explain your duties.
8. Have you ever shared the account you are applying with? If so, with whom?
9. Why would you make a good Forum Mod despite having a previous game ban or forum ban? (If you have no previous offense, please ignore this question)

 

Please answer the following general questions:

1. What are your perceptions of an FM's duties?
2. Why do you want to be an FM?
3. What kinds of difficulties do you think you will encounter as an FM?
4. How do you think you will deal with these difficulties?
5. What do you expect from the team if you are selected?
6. What can you bring to the team if you are selected?
7. If you were to be a leader, how would you lead?
8. When doing your duty as a forum moderator what comes before all else?


Please answer these hypothetical questions:

1. Supposed I throw you into the middle of a verbal argument between two individuals, how would you deal with the situation?

2. Your boss and team leader ask you to do something that you have a major problem with. How do you deal with the sitatuion without angering your boss or your team leader.

3. You have thought of a way to do something more efficiently. However, it bypasses the company's saftey rules. What do you do? Do you break the rules in order to solve the problem with more efficiency or do you follow rules and lose out on the increased efficiency?  Regardless of the decision you make what else would you do after you have made the decision?
