on your harbor highlight/ put your mouser cursor the sailor that you want to sell, it will show the window of your sailor stat (if not try right click until it shows the correct window), then take a screen shot

once done, use any photoediting software or paint can be, and crop thos SS until it shows only the sailor ability window, save it and your done

Ive done what you said and I followed the guide to posting pictures on forums but for some reason my picture will not show up. It's in trade section. I am selling UK gunners. IF anyone can spot where my error is on the post (if I mispelled something or copied wrong link) please let me know. Thanks.
