really no one knows anything about this ship?

well im 10 lvls from being able to use it so we will see 

the ship can use 13.5" gun but u cant put all sailor in sailor slot...

I have one. With a high level crew, the ship is pretty useless. I received mine in the early Summer event. I think I could only fit 1 turret and 2 sailors before I hit the displacement limit. It's something that we will look into on the test server in the future...just not a super high priority as all of the EBB1s are more novelty ships.
